Home Made Beef Tapa

Ingredients:

1 lb beef (thinly sliced)

4 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chopped or minced garlic

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1 cup water

2 tbsp oil


Cooking Procedure

1. In a container, mix sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, and soy sauce.

2. Put the beef in the container with all the seasonings.

3. Place in the fridge and marinate for 3-4 hrs(best if 12 hrs or overnight)

4. Put  water and oil in the pan  and bring to boil.

5. Add the marinated beef and wait 'til water evaporates.

6. Top with fried crushed garlic (optional)

Best served with white or garlic fried rice.
